I’m finished. Done. The End. Six Freddy Buttons Books gone to the printers. The illustrations, text, covers, editing, barcodes; the reading and the re-reading, remaking the recipes, rechecking the facts again and again and again. It’s. All. Done.
Time to celebrate? Oh I think so – and what could be nicer than a prize for one lucky reader of Afternoon Tea For Two at Ariel House (with bubbly on arrival of course!). You all know how I love afternoon tea, so I’m sharing the love.
To be in with a chance to win, just answer this question in the comments below…
Where in Dublin will you find Ariel House?
Simples! Miss Ruth will pick the winner on Friday May 15th.
In the meantime, life goes on in the garden here with chicks hatching and the cherry blossoms making a colourful appearance. The weather may not be great, but the rhubarb is only “mighty”.
For me, it’s full steam ahead on the Glenisk Freddy Buttons Garden over the next few weeks. It is a new and very exciting challenge to design a garden and I’m thrilled to be joined by award-winning garden designer Alan Rudden on this project (now you didn’t think I’d do it all on my lonesome did you?!) I do hope you can make it to Bloom. I’d love to meet you!
Best of luck
